Proposed Hourly Rate (Standard 7AM - 5PM) Agreed Hourly Rate (Standard 7AM - 5PM) Proposed Hourly Rate (Standard Nights/Weekends) Agreed Hourly Rate (Standard Nights/Weekends) Day Rates — This is is your standard rate M-F 7am to 5pm. Night Rate — 1.5 x your standard rate, evenings 5pm - 7am. Weekend Rate — 1.5 x your standard rate Sat & Sunday * All confirmed assignments w/ 3 Bridges are paid 1 hour "Admin" at your standard rate making up the 2 hour minimum * Established Specialty Rates Performance Interpreting: Will be negotiated and set for each performance. Court: $100.00 per hour + Admin/Travel Legal: $75 per hour + Admin/Travel TriLingual: +$10 differential per hour added to applicable rate for all TriLingual work. DeafBlind/Tactile: +$10 differential per hour added to applicable rate for all DeafBlind work Support Service Provider (SSP): $25 per hour On Camera Differential: +$10 per hour added to applicable rate for all assignments streamed or made for TV. Holidays: are compensated at 1.75 x the Interpreter’s Standard Rate. Observed Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday & Friday, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Note: Rates are not valid until all paperwork is completed by the Interpreter and 3B SLS, LLC.
